TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is compulsory on all our trips and is a condition of booking with our company. When selecting a travel insurance policy we require that at a minimum you are covered for medical expenses including emergency repatriation. We strongly recommend that the policy also covers personal liability, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects.

This will not only guarantee you peace of mind while you travel with Our company but also covers you for many of the things that can go wrong while overseas.

Your insurance policy will need to be sighted by your leader on day one of your trip.Failure to do so will mean exclusion from the trip.Please ensure you have your policy number and emergency telephone number for your insurance company. If this is unavailable please ensure you have the necessary information required by your Insurance company in case of an emergency.

We also recommend you take out cancellation insurance. This may cover cancellation Penalties in certain circumstances if you have to cancel your trip unexpectedly due to illness, injury or unforeseen circumstances .Unfortunately cancellation insurance will not cover you if you change your mind.

We suggest the companies which are dealing the Traveling insurance on which country you are based in. We believe that they will provide you with comprehensive yet affordable travel insurance.
